Jenna Häyrynen rejoins CBRE Capital Markets Finland as Director, Industrial & Logistics

CBRE Finland is strengthening its position in the Industrial & Logistics investment market by adding Jenna Häyrynen to the Capital Markets team as Director, Industrial and Logistics. CBRE’s European Industrial & Logistics team comprises over 60 employees across the continent. In the Nordics CBRE has consistently strengthened its capabilities, recently e.g. by acquiring 60 Grader in Norway. 

In her new role, Jenna will be responsible for growing CBRE's Industrial and Logistics, Capital Markets business in Finland. Based in Helsinki, Jenna will report to Jouni Levo, Head of Capital Markets, Finland. In this role, Jenna will work closely with CBRE’s Nordic Industrial & Logistics occupier team led by Jouko Lehtonen and the European Industrial & Logistics Investment Properties team, headed by Jack Cox, MD, Industrial & Logistics, Europe.

Jenna’s appointment also signals CBRE’s commitment to expanding its presence in the growing data center sector. CBRE Industrial & Logistics team is a key player in the data center sector, offering a full range of services from site selection and acquisition to technical advisory and strategic planning for optimal data center locations. 
Jenna brings versatile experience to her new role, having recently served as Investment Manager at Nrep, responsible for residential transactions and investments within Nrep’s Finnish transaction team. Before Nrep, she spent seven years with CBRE Finland’s Capital Markets team, gaining expertise in real estate investment and transactions.
