CBRE Finland Delivers Strategic Office Relocation Project for Boston Consulting Group in Helsinki

CBRE Finland is proud to announce the successful completion of a comprehensive advisory project for Boston Consulting Group (BCG), supporting the global management consulting firm in securing a new Finnish headquarters in the heart of Helsinki. 

The project encompassed commercial, technical, and sustainability consulting. CBRE’s team of experts guided BCG through every stage of the relocation process, from initial requirements analysis and site search to lease negotiations, design and project management, and final project closeout. 

In a highly competitive and supply-constrained Grade A office market in Helsinki, CBRE’s market intelligence and strategic foresight enabled BCG to secure a unique, future-proof property that not only met their stringent criteria but was also on competitive terms.
