CBRE Finland Appoints Maarit Pönni as Head of Investor Leasing and Tenant Representation

CBRE Finland is pleased to announce the appointment of Maarit Pönni as Head of Investor Leasing and Tenant Representation. Maarit will assume a permanent leadership role, further strengthening CBRE's integrated leasing platform in Finland.
Maarit Pönni initially joined CBRE in August 2025 as Interim Director, Investor Leasing. During her interim tenure, she played a pivotal role in leading the consolidation and development of CBRE Finland's leasing operations and leadership across Investor Leasing. In her expanded, permanent capacity, she will continue to lead Investor Leasing and will extend her expertise to Tenant Representation, fostering a more integrated and aligned leasing approach aimed at continuous improvement and business development for our clients.

Prior to joining CBRE, Maarit held senior leasing roles at Citycon, where she focused on developing business operations, cultivating long-term client relationships, and enhancing leasing performance. She brings extensive experience in both retail and office leasing, a deep understanding of investor and occupier needs, and a proven ability to lead teams through change while improving clarity, collaboration, and delivery.
