CBRE Finland Announces Strategic Changes to Its Senior Management Team

CBRE Finland, a leading company in commercial real estate services and investment advice in the Finnish market, is pleased to announce new assignments for several of its senior leaders in Finland, effective March 18th. 

The company has appointed Juhani Hiippavuori, formerly Head of Property Management, as Senior Director, Business Development. In his new role, Juhani will bring a more structured approach to business development for tangible assets and portfolios with property management as a core while continuing as senior leader in the Property Management business unit for our existing clients and teams. 

Juhani Hiippavuori, Senior Director, Business Development:

Krista Ruigendijk has been appointed Head of Property Management. Krista has previously served as Head of Advisory & Transaction – Multi-Sector, creating excellent client outcomes within sectors other than the office. Leena Braxenholm’s Retail leasing and Tom Lång’s Big Box services will continue to report to Krista and to work in close collaboration with Property Management.

Niko Penttinen will assume full responsibility for the Advisory & Transactions business line now that the Advisory & Transactions Multi-Sector and Office units will merge into one. Consequently, Jouko Lehtonen’s Industrial & Logistics team and Niklas Wiik’s Sustainability services team will report to Niko going forward. The hotel team joins forces with the Residential Investment Properties team to form a more holistic Living & Hotels team under Linda Anttila’s leadership in Capital Markets.
