CBRE Appoints New Managing Director in Finland

CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has appointed Henrica Ginström as Managing Director of Advisory Services in Finland, effective 9 June 2025.

Ginström joins CBRE following thirteen years at Citycon, a leading owner and developer of urban hubs in the Nordics and Baltics, where she held the position of Chief Executive Officer. Before that she was based in Stockholm and Oslo in the roles of Group Chief Operating Officer and Asset Management Director. Prior to Citycon, she held positions at professional services firm PwC, focusing on Transaction Services.
