CBRE Announces New Senior Industrial & Logistics Role in the Nordics

Global real estate advisor, CBRE has today announced the appointment of Jouko Lehtonen as Head of Industrial & Logistics, Advisory, Nordics. This strategic appointment underscores the company’s commitment to expanding its presence and meeting growing customer demand in the Nordics.
Jouko will be responsible to lead and grow CBRE's Industrial and Logistics, Advisory business for the Nordics. Based in Finland, Jouko will report into Niko Penttinen, Head of Advisory & Transaction Services, Finland, and matrix report to Christer Farstad, Head of Occupier Advisory & Transaction Services, Nordics. Jouko will in this role be working closely with the Nordic in-country teams and the Continental European Industrial & Logistics Advisory team, headed by Jack Cox, MD, Industrial & Logistics, Europe. By establishing this dedicated Nordic leadership role, the company aims to strengthen its offerings with the unique needs and preferences of Nordic businesses.
Jouko joined CBRE in 2022 and currently holds the role of Senior Director, Industrial & Logistics, Finland. Prior to joining CBRE, Jouko held the position as Director, Contract Logistics at HUB Logistics, Finland OY. He has also worked at Posti Group as Director, Contract Logistics. Jouko has over 20 years of experience in logistics in several global and local logistics companies. Jouko has also played key roles in strategy and business development in international road freight for DHL Freight and Itella Logistics. He holds an MSc degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, from LUT University, Finland, and a BSc in Engineering, Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management, from JAMK University of Applied Sciences, Finland.
