Chris Herrmann is an Executive Vice President in Dallas, Texas, and is a member of CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group. Mr. Herrmann has specialized in the exclusive representation of office and data center clients for the past 30 years. Mr. Herrmann’s experience includes the closing of more than 1,000 transactions totaling 18 million square feet, including over 300 mw of data center transactions. His team is uniquely qualified to address all aspects of data center real estate, including tenant representation of colocation and telecommunications companies, land site analysis and acquisition/disposition, and the acquisition/disposition of data center facilities. His experience includes not only representing clients located in Dallas/Fort Worth, but also in account management of transactions on a global basis.
Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Herrmann was a Principal with Trammell Crow Company (TCC) in Dallas, where he was instrumental in developing tenant representation and data center site selection best practices which ultimately led to CBRE’s Data Center Solutions group. During the past 30 years, Mr. Herrmann has been responsible for many of the most significant data center/critical facility expansions in the country.
