Henrik Calton has been promoted to Head of Investment Properties, Finland, effective as of 1st of September 2019. In his new role, Henrik will be responsible for the real estate sales and acquisitions advisory and report to Sami Kiehelä, Head of Capital Markets, Finland.
Following the recent recruitment of Anne Laukia, which expanded CBRE’s real estate debt advisory into Finland, CBRE Finland’s Capital Markets business now consists of two areas of expertise: (1) Real estate sales and acquisition advisory (“Investment Properties”) and (2) Debt advisory.
Sami Kiehelä, Head of Capital Markets comments:
“I am very excited to announce Henrik’s promotion and our new operating structure. This is a natural continuation of our growth and will allow us to better focus on further developing our Capital Markets capabilities in Finland. I am privileged to lead such a fantastic and professional team.”
Henrik will be responsible for all sectors excluding residential, in which area CBRE established a cross border specialist group in Europe earlier this year. Linda Anttila was promoted to lead the residential capital markets in Finland and continues reporting directly to Sami Kiehelä.
Colin Waddell, Managing Director of CBRE Finland continues:
“Henrik is integral to the Capital Market department and his promotion is well-deserved. This reorganisation is consistent with devolving more responsibility to new leaders at CBRE in Finland and allowing existing senior resources to further develop the business.”
